Sierra Nevada Turns Beer Into Truck Fuel

Fairly green brewery Sierra Nevada just worked out a deal to turn beer by-products into fuel for their fleet of bio-friendly trucks.

They use the dregs of the beer that might normally be sold to farmers as nutrient-rich feed to create E85 ethanol using a fridge-sized refinery made by a company called E-fuel.

Of course, beer by-products can take on many forms and one can foresee a day when you can skip the middle man and piss right in the fuel tank. Technology is amazing.
