The Jackson Hole Buffalo Meat Company is nestled in beautiful Jackson Hole Wyoming at the base of the majestic Grand Teton Mountain range. They have awesome Buffalo and Elk steaks. I had the privilege to stop into their storefront when passing through Wyoming and had some of their Original Trapper Style Buffalo Jerky… delicious.
Buffalo Gal. Over 20 years ago, Mike Fogel took the first step in raising buffalo. He bought two buffalo yearlings, a bull and heifer, and from there the adventure began (his first attempts of breeding a pig and an elephant were unsuccessful). Today, Buffalo Gal, located on the Money Creek Buffalo Ranch in Houston, MN is a thriving business and a way of life for Mike.
