Ingredients:
- Lazy Man’s Chili
- Cream cheese
- One diced tomato
- Perhaps some jalapenos
First make my Lazy Man’s chili. Then take a large pan or flat serving bowl. Spread 1/2 inch of cream cheese on the bottom of the pan/bowl, place a 1/2 inch layer of the chili, covered by a layer of cheese. Then microwave until the cheese is melted on top and the cream cheese is bubbling from the bottom. Then add dice tomatoes to the top and serve. But do not add the tomatoes before microwaving. Feel free to add as many layers as like. Jalapenos, cilantro, crickets – whatever.
Recommended beer: Dos Equis Amber – a somewhat less gassy ale. Trust me you need less gassy. And it tastes great!
