QUOTES & TOASTS

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza. — Dave Barry

Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Knives

by David Lauterbach
2009 December 14

Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Chef's KnifeOnly a few years ago, Guy Fieri won the second season of The Next Food Network Star. Today this “Bad Boy” of Food Network hosts four popular shows and can barely walk down the street without being recognized. And if you’ve seen his hair, you know why.

Guy hooked up with the designers of Ergo Chef to create some hot rod knives with some great specs… from Guy’s own words: “My product features a combination of the best materials with a design that will blow your mind! I have high expectations for my equipment and these knives meet and exceed all of them.”

Two knives make the Knuckle Sandwich Series… an 8″ Chef’s knife–pretty much the most used knife in anyone’s kitchen–and a 5 1/2″ utility knife called the “Dragon Dagger.”

Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich SeriesThey feature high carbon German stainless steel, precision heat treated to 56RC and ergonomic design… but it’s the technical and aesthetical design that really rocks.

Available individually or much cheaper together.
