Hi guys,
My old BBQ nearly fell to bits on me as I attempted to put it away for the winter.
I’m in the process of buying a new one, I’ve always been a fan of Charcoal as opposed to Gas fired BBQ’s.
But I’m told, either way, the actual hot plate on the BBQ needs to be "seasoned", what on earth does this mean?.
Whenever I’ve bought a BBQ, I’ve just heated it up and started to cook on it, is ths the wrong way of doing things?.
