White Castle is offering a unique twist to a Thanksgiving holiday favorite… turkey stuffing that is made with–what else–White Castle Sliders.
Belly Bombers in your turkey’s belly? Sounds like a good idea to me… in fact I could have sworn we reported on this before, but I couldn’t find the link… just some stuff about a White Castle wedding and a thread where I (somewhat humorously) define the origins of the “Castle” and mock the “flavor holes.”
The recipe says to start with a sack of 10 Castles, but I would get a suitcase… because you know you’re going to eat them while you are preparing this. Besides, they recommend a burger for each pound of the turkey.
Start by tearing up the burgers (minus the pickles) and add 1/4 cup of chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups of diced celery, pepper and any other spices you might normally like in your turkey stuffing. Stuff the cavity just before roasting.

Holy Crap! I have to try this some time. Maybe in a chicken just as a practice for the next Turkey day.
