Just found your site…verdict still out on it…some usefull info for the novice BBQer. Smoker article left out one important part…there are two kinds of smokers….water smoker and dry smoker. Many meats cook well in one and not the other. As a true Southener that has mastered all of my 6 grills, smokers and fryers on my screened patio, knowing which is best for each application is most important.<br />
