How about Ted’s Hot Dog’s out of Buffalo with Spicy Mustard, Kraut and Celery Salt?<br />

There is one here in Arizona in Tempe. Great big Piles of Onion Strings to go with it with Malt vinegar and Celery Salt.<br />

Of course the preferred way to do Dogs here in Arizona is Grilled with Mustard, diced Onions,and Jalepenos.<br />

What is that onion sauce made out of and what is it Like? I have never heard of it, but then again, I am a 5th genreation Arizonan who has been to the east coast once, and only through Chicago, but never visited.
