The first time I tried this, I was absolutely amazed! It shocks the blood into high gear to get the impurities out as fast as possible, or some crap like that. When you are all hungover, a warm shower sounds much better than a cold one, but I found out that this only makes things worse. Take as cold of a shower as possible for as long as possible, the longer, the better. THe first time you try this, you will also be amazed!
