    Hi everyone I am just new here. I have a request from a friend to find a recipe for PICKLED GAME MEAT be it Moose, Elk he does not care. The recipe he tried was from a friend of his that has since passed on. The recipe must be shelf stable , meaning it does not have to be kept in the fridge untill used up, only after opening the jar.So I assume that it has been processed some how . I hope someone out there can help[ me find a recipe and make it for the guys. If you have such a recipe , please contact me at whispering_pass@yahoo.ca<br />
