This guy was reported to eat all the time.

From another site:

World-famous singer made his debut in 1961. Has weight problems tenors seem to have. Of course, printed below is a tabloid report of what his behavior was while vacationing:

"He rarely left his luxury suite. He sat on the patio and had the dining table brought out beside him. And all day long there would be a procession of waiters carrying trays laden with food."
"He just didn’t stop eaing. He eats every meal like it’s his last supper."
Most mornings the singer would kick off his daylong food fest with a massive breakfast including cereal, fruit, pancakes, bacon, sausages and fried eggs. "It took a line of waiters just to bring him breakfast."
He’d barely wolf that down when he’d be ready to order lunch: Butter-soaked lobsters and fried shrimp. But Pavarotti really looked forward to dinner– that’s when he’d order platefuls of oil-rich pastas like tortellini and spaghetti.
Another time the waiters looked on in amazement as he ordered chicken, shrimp, beef and fish from the resort’s five-star restaurant. And he’d follow his mega-meals with exotic chocolate desserts and other calorie-packed confections. "He’s polishing off six entrees," said one stunned waiter, "There was an empty food cart left constantly in the corridor outside his suite with six or seven empty plates piled on it."
Has been plagued with health and marital problems lately. Made only one theatrical film, Yes Giorgio, to which critics and audiences alike said a very loud ‘no’ to. Video recommendations: Stick to The Three Tenors
