Well i recently fried my first turkey using a recipe i found here on Brian"s Belly (with a few modifications of my own of course) now I’m hooked i want to fry a ham for X-MAS dinner. has anyone tried this .I dont see a problem with it as long as you buy a ham totaly covered in the skin as not to singe the meat. who nows? if anyone has any ideas please help as my mouth is watering out of control
