Hi there pqmac,<br />
I’d say I’d have to agree with you there about chicken going well with beer.<br />
I recently made some spicy chicken bites in batter (not overcooked, mind you) and they went down a treat with my guests.<br />
One word of warning though, be careful with the salt on anything you serve to people that are drinking beer, salty food has a habit of making them thirstier.<br />
That may be why beer nuts are so salty. 😡 <br />
