    Hi, I’m new to the board, BBQin’ from Orlando Florida.<br />

    I have some off brand digital meat thermometer (caught a sale at a Bealls Home store). It has served me well for about a month. Now, I’m getting readings from 350-415, no matter where the probe is, in the fire, in the fridge.<br />
    <br />
    I probably need a replacement probe, the question is….<br />
    would a replacement probe for another brand, any brand, be interchangeable with this one? Clearly this isn’t something that manufacturers will advertise, so I’m trying to tap on someones previous experience… Any help?<br />
