I’d like to submit Dunedin, New Zealand.<br />
Sure that is a little biased, but if you ever went there, you’d see what I mean.<br />
Between the University students drinking most of the year round and the fact that there is a myriad of alcohol factories down there.<br />
Sorry, I’m submitting Dunedin as the drunkest city in the world.
