I must apologise, I have to learn to read better,as I never saw you mention that article by Rob, when I read your post.<br />
It is a very good article too and well worth a read for anyone thinking about having a crack at making their own brew.<br />

Personally, I used plastic bottles for the brew I put down yesterday, it saves having to cap individual bottles with a bottle capper and of course you can re-use the caps as well as the bottles.
