The biggest problem I’m having is finding equipment like a bottle capper and a decently sized pot to boil the mash in.<br />
I intend to start from scratch instead of using one of them pre-mixed "brew-kits", I’m a person that likes to experiment rather than go for a stock taste.<br />
The easiest bit will be amassing enough bottles (empty of course) to hold the beer in. <br />
One thing I have found hard to get here, is Sodium Metabisulphide (used for sterilisation purposes), however walking into a store and asking for strange sounding chemicals without getting a sideways look is easier said than done.
