Stainless steel is rather hard to work with because of it’s tensile strength, however, as long as you have things like sharp drill bits and saw blades, you should be pretty right.<br />

<em>ALL</em> beer kegs are stainless steel. I took an old one that I had to the scrap yard (I had intended to use it as a smoker, but figured aluminum would be too weak under heat) and was informed by the worker, who just left his job at Anheiser, that they’ve all been stainless steel for years. Just a heads up…
