Being a Station Officer over here in New Zealand with 16 years experience in Fire fighting, there was a survey done amongst us FF’s as to wether our peers would trust a thin FF or a more portly type..<br />
The news came through that resoundingly that they would sooner trust a larger person.<br />
I’ve always been rather "solidly" built, I’m 6’1" , in some jobs, wieght is a good thing.<br />
Ever seen one of them fire hoses get out of control?.<br />
Large people rule!.
