The well-known phenomenon usually wears off the morning after but now researchers at Manchester University say alcohol is not the only factor in bringing on the beer goggles. <br />

The level of light in the pub or club, the drinkers own eyesight, the smokiness of the room and the distance between two people can all affect how attractive that hotty at the bar is.<br />
