    Seasoning a grill or pan for the first time usually mans a good cleaning with soap, and then apply a light coat of vegetable oil or crisco is to the surface with a paper towel (or the like) and then fire up the grill.<br />

    Then you can do this each time you use the grill to keep the food from sticking.<br />
