I’m about 2 weeks away from getting an offset smoker / grill.<br />

I’ve found that I like a Char-Broil Double Door smoker, cast iron cooking grates, heavy gauge steel with some type of rough coating on it, and another brand, Char-Griller, with the offset box sold separately. <br />

Both are in my price range of $150-$200. Links below.<br />
