    Mothers Against Drunk Driving is calling on the federal government to lower the amount of alcohol a person can have in their system and still legally drive.<br />
    <br />
    The current federal limit of 0.08 percent blood alcohol concentration is too high, say MADD officials, who would like to see that limit lowered to 0.05 percent.<br />
    <br />
    <em>I was under the impression that in Canada, the federal MINIMUM b.a.c. was 0.08.</em><br />
