I would tend to think yes.<br />
Reason I say that is because, alcohol has the effect of removing peoples inhibitions, while under it’s effects.<br />
I’ve seen it so many times at car accidents here, people that would normally be as quiet as a mouse turn into raging loud-mouths.<br />
It’s unreal!.
