    Hmm,<br />
    I don’t know about you Dave, but I prefer fire to cook things with outdoors.<br />
    As in charcoal, I don’t know, maybe I’m just too old school?.<br />
    I like it that this technology is progressing as far as cooking is concerned, but personally I wouldn’t use it.<br />
    One thing I’ve heard about infra-red heat is the fact that it is invisible until you get your hand too close too it.<br />
    You’d want to keep the kiddies away from it.
