For the first time, Food Network is hosting open casting calls for the fourth installment of The Next Food Network Star.<br />

Through the search, both professional and amateur chefs are encouraged to apply. The first open casting call will be tomorrow in Seattle, followed by New York City September 17; Los Angeles also on September 17; Las Vegas September 25; and Minneapolis October 9.<br />

Those attending the open casting calls should bring a completed application, photograph and resume/bio. Rules and details can be found at http://www.FoodNetwork.com . If interested applicants cannot attend one of the open casting calls, they are encouraged to send in a three-minute audition tape explaining why they should win the contest by October 12.
