    I have to agree Dave,<br />
    Aluminium is not made for the high temperatures that cooking a turkey requires.<br />
    Also Aluminium has small pores in it (a thing caused by it’s chemical structure) that open during heating, possibly releasing bacteria from the last cooked meal or what have you.<br />
    I’d personally stick with pre-manufactured equipment for this sort of thing, as it also has a thermostat and over heating protection devices.<br />
    Stainless is sterile, that’s why the food industry uses it. :)
