Anheuser-Busch, brewers of a beer or two that you may have heard of, have completed the purchase of Rolling Rock.<br />

The world’s biggest brewer is paying $82 million for the Rolling Rock beer brand and recipes. Anheuser-Busch said Friday it bought the assets from InBev USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Belgian-based InBev, which plans to sell its brewery in Latrobe, Pa., separately.<br />
<br />
Rolling Rock will continue to be brewed at the Latrobe brewery until July 31, under contract with Anheuser Busch, and then production will be moved to Anheuser-Busch`s Newark, N.J., plant.<br />

Also in the news, AB is close to buying a stake in microbrewer Goose Island Beer Co. They may purchase up to 35 percent of the brewery and take over distribution of the Chicago beer that is growing in popularity.<br />
