    A small amount of alcohol may go a long way in reducing obesity risks.<br />

    A study published in December indicates that people who drink one drink or two a few times a week may reduce their risk of obesity.<br />
    <br />
    But, on the other hand, those who drink four or more drinks daily actually increase their obesity risks by 46 percent.<br />
