Need Recommendations

    and have cooked a pork shoulder, corn, chicken (beer can), pizzas, and all have come out great, as long as I monitor the meat temp and don’t let it over cook.<br />

    I did have one bad experience with a Tri tip, and the temp was right, but it came out hard as a rock. I think that was because it was such a lean piece of beef.
