Priscilla Kay works out with her personal trainer twice a week, reported WCVB-TV in Boston. "I’m trying to maintain. I’m trying not to gain weight," Kay said. But a little weight may be exactly what she needs. Research published in Wednesday’s issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association found that body weight can affect how long we live.<br />
