POTATOES 5 LARGE. . GARLIC 10 CLOVES. BUTTER 1/3 CUP. SOUR CREAM 1/3 CUP. MILK 2 TBL. SP. GARLIC SALT 1 TLB. SP. PEEL POTATOES AND 1/4 THEM. THEN PEEL GARLIC. THEN PUT THEM IN A POT TO BOIL. AFTER POTATOES HAVE BOIL TO DESIRED TEXTURE STRAIN THE POTATOES AND PUT IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, THEN ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENS AND MASH UP OR USE A MIXER.
