Back in January we (and fine news blogs everywhere) reported that Portland Brewing had released <a href="https://www.briansbelly.com/bar/viewtopic.php?t=139"><strong>Governator Ale</strong></a>.<br />

Today the AP is reporting that the Governator won’t be baaack:<br />
<br />
"A Portland artisan brewing company will bow to the wishes of California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and stop selling Governator Ale, a popular beer that has been a big seller in California."<br />
<br />
No news on whether Kindergarden Cop? brand cigars will find the same demise.<br />
