    If ever in St. Paul Minnesota, find the Gopher Bar on 7th Street. They make the cities best Coney Islands. Probably not as good as one from the east coast but the recipe was given to them when a coney shop went out of business in the 50’s. Rumor is that they want to re-open it again. I can’t go more than two weeks without getting my fill of these tasty creations
