As we reported <a href="https://www.briansbelly.com/bar/viewtopic.php?t=170">last month</a>, Iron Chef America is coming to The Food Network with an original series of four special episodes. In this second US version, Good Eats chef/scientist Alton Brown will take on the role of play-by-ingredient commentator.<br />

The battle is scheduled for April 23-25. TiVo it Sunday, April 25th from 6 to 11 PM EDT to catch all four episodes plus "The Making of Iron Chef America." Yes, that’s right… a one hour "making of" special on a four hour series.<br />

The American Iron Chefs are Bobby Flay, Mario Batali and Wolfgang Puck. The fourth episode is a tag-team finale.
