Jackie was a great man. I lived on the same street as him in Lauderhill, for years, and we both were members at Inverrey Country Club (Lauderhill). I golfed behind him, almost daily. We would get caught up at the Tee box waiting for other golfers to move ahead. Even on the tee box we would see him drinking, smoking, laughing and telling jokes about the other golfers. The memories of just being withing 10 feet of him and engaging in conversation at the tee box. I will never forget. He is a man that should never be forgotten. Love live "Reggie", you will never be forgotten in my home...

I watched the honeymooners while living in miami and continued to watch the show when i moved to Ga.I remember Jackie Gleason the most for his role as sheriff in the movie-Smokie and the Bandit.I lived in the area that the movie was filmed. The movie went on to make Coors Beer a household name.I forgot my term paper at home and bribbed a friend at school to take me home and I would give him a couple of cans of Coors Beer, needless to say that trip home kept me from failing that year.I wish he had lived longer and made more great films.
