@Robert: I originally wrote this in 2003. Interesting that you pointed this out, they must have changed the brewing process during the 10 or so years this beer has been available. I found my notes and Googled for the press release:

ST. LOUIS (May 13, 2002) - Anheuser-Busch, Inc., today announced it is expanding distribution of Michelob Ultra to Baltimore, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Florida on May 13. The brand will roll out nationally in September. Michelob Ultra is a smooth, refreshing lager with 96 calories, 4.1 percent alcohol by volume and 2.9 grams of carbohydrates per 12-oz. serving. The brand began test marketing in December in Denver, Colo., Tucson, Ariz., and Ft. Myers, Naples and Punta Gorda, Fla.

If Michelob Ultra has 96 calories and 2.9 grams of carbs per 12 oz serving then it is the same as a Miller Lite which has 96 calories and 3.2 grams of carbs per 12 oz servings. So 3 Points Plus. That .3 grams difference in carbs is nothing.

Can anyone tell me what the Weight Watcher Points Plus values are for Mich Ultra and Mich Ultra Amber? I’ve spent hours trying to find it with no success.
